Chimney inspection and cleaning prices
A standard chimney inspection is $49. A chimney cleaning with an inspection is $349. A camera inspection adds $75 to either visit.

The $49 inspection credit
The $49 inspection fee is credited toward any repair or service performed by Moses Chimney following the inspection. If you move forward with recommended work, the inspection fee is applied toward the cost of that job.
What changes a price
The prices above are for the standard visits.
- Prices are for one chimney flue. If your home has more than one flue or fireplace, set the quantity when you book.
- A wood stove, an insert or anything other than a standard open fireplace may be priced differently. Call before you book and we will tell you.
- If we find something during a visit that would change the price, we tell you before we do it.
- Repair prices depend on how much work the chimney needs, how tall it is, how hard the roof is to work on, and the materials.

Send pictures of your chimney to office@moseschimney.com and we can give you a rough idea of what the work involves. Any estimate provided from pictures is preliminary and is not a final price until we visit the property and inspect the job in person.
Paying
We accept credit card, check, ACH, cash, and Zelle.
Invoices are due when you receive them.
Repair work is priced in a written quote before it starts.
