    Sweeping and an inspection on the same visit.

    We sweep the chimney and inspect it on the same visit, so you find out what condition it's in while we're already there. We cover the work area and clean up before we leave.

    If work is needed on the inspected flue, the camera inspection fee is credited toward that work.

How a visit works

    Pick a day and a 3-hour arrival window online, or call (248) 266-9991. You'll get a confirmation right away and a reminder before the visit. We'll text you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

  2. We inspect the chimney

    Inside and out, by hand, and with a camera through the flue when you add a camera inspection.

  3. We show you what we found

    In plain language, so you know where things stand before you spend anything on repairs.

  4. You get options

    If something needs work, we go over what we would do and send you a written quote.

  5. You decide

    Nothing starts until you've approved the quote. Most jobs need a deposit before we order parts or materials. When you're ready, we schedule the work.
