What we collect
When you book a visit or request an estimate, the form asks for your name, phone number, service address, and details about your chimney or fireplace. You can also attach photos.
When you call, text or email us, we keep a record of the conversation and the contact details you used.
When you visit the website, our analytics tool records how the site is used: pages viewed, the type of device and browser, the general area you're browsing from, and how you arrived. It uses cookies to do this.
We don't ask for Social Security numbers, and we don't collect payment card numbers on this website.

Who we share it with
We use Jobber to run scheduling, quotes, invoices and customer messages. Information you enter in the booking and estimate forms goes to Jobber, which stores and processes it for us under its own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used.
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, Moses Chimney may text you about your service: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, and messages about quotes and invoices for your job. We don't send marketing texts without asking for your separate permission first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that send the messages for us.
If we ever send marketing email, every message will include a way to unsubscribe, and we'll honor it.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics runs without analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
Security
We use service providers with reasonable security measures, and we limit who can see customer information. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as Michigan law requires.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
