This website is run by M&G CHIMNEY LLC, doing business as Moses Chimney. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Information on this site

The information on this website is general. It isn't an inspection of your chimney and isn't advice about your chimney, your fireplace or your house. Only an inspection of your chimney can tell you what condition it's in.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are for the standard visits described on the site. Repair, restoration and installation work is quoted after an inspection. Any estimate provided from pictures is preliminary and is not a final price until we visit the property and inspect the job in person.

Online booking

Online booking and estimate requests run through Jobber. A booking is a request for a visit in the arrival window you choose. If we need to change it, we'll contact you.

Text messages

What we text about

Moses Chimney sends text messages about your service: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, and messages about quotes and invoices for your job.

We don't send marketing texts without asking for your separate permission first.

How you agree to receive texts

When you give us your mobile number while booking a visit, requesting an estimate, or asking us to text you, you agree to receive texts about your service. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything from us.

How often

Message frequency varies with your appointments and jobs.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Words like END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT work too, and so does telling us by phone or email. We'll send one message confirming that you've been removed.

Delivery

Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that send the messages for us. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Work agreements

Repair, restoration and installation work is governed by the written quote or contract you approve for that job, not by this website.

Links to other sites

This site links to sites we don't control, such as Jobber and government pages. We aren't responsible for their content.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Moses Chimney isn't liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
