Chimney liner installation
Liner work is one of the things we do most. We inspect the system first and show you what we found, then go through the options before any work starts.

How it works
We inspect the system
The chimney, the existing flue and what's connected to it.
We go through the options
What we found and what we'd do, before any work starts.
You get a written quote
The liner type and size are listed in your quote.
We install the liner
The new liner goes down the flue and gets connected at the top and the bottom.
What a chimney liner is
A liner is the channel inside the chimney that carries smoke and exhaust gases up and out of the house. Older masonry chimneys usually have clay tile liners. Replacement liners are usually stainless steel, run down the existing flue.
How liner work goes with us
We don't decide on a liner from the ground. We inspect the system first and show you what we found, with a camera view of the flue if you want to see it. The liner type and size are listed in your quote.
What goes into the price
Every chimney is different, so this work is priced after we have looked at yours.
- How tall the chimney is.
- The type of liner the chimney and the appliance call for.
- Whether an old liner has to come out first.

How do repair quotes work?
Repairs start with an inspection. We show you what we found, go over the options, and send you a written quote. Nothing starts until you've approved the quote.
What does a chimney inspection cost?
A standard chimney inspection is $49, and that $49 is credited toward any repair or service we perform following the inspection. If you move forward with recommended work, the inspection fee goes toward the cost of the job.
Can I see the inside of my chimney?
Yes. Add a camera inspection for $75 and we put a camera through the flue so you can see the inside of your chimney for yourself, the same view we're looking at.
